Who We Are

Roger McCaslin, president of Specialist Boat Company  is a lifelong boater and fisherman. As a native of Florida, he has been on boats just about since the time he could walk.

Continuing the boating tradition started in the 1940's by his grandfather, a sportfishing charter captain from Ft. Pierce, Roger has over 25 years of experience in the boating industry repairing boats of all sorts, building racing sailboats, and for the last 14 years as a founding partner and the designer of the highly regarded Venture Marine boat line. Now he's returned to his roots to provide one-of-a-kind service in the repair and customization business.

His many years in the industry have put him in contact with the finest craftsmen available. Drawing from this pool of talent, he has the right people for the job.
